All photography sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability and agreement between the client and Dapper Moments Photography. We strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during the session. However, unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control may occasionally arise, affecting the outcome of the session.
2. Lighting Conditions:
Please note that while we make every effort to work with and manipulate available lighting to create the best possible imagery, we cannot control natural lighting conditions. Variations in weather, time of day, or location may impact the quality and appearance of the photographs. We aim to adapt and utilize our expertise to capture stunning moments regardless of lighting constraints.
3. Editing and Image Delivery:
The editing process is meticulously handled to enhance the beauty and authenticity of each image. The time required for editing and delivery of finalized images may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. However, we make every effort to deliver high-quality, edited images within the agreed-upon timeframe. Please note, we will deliver raw unedited photos within 24 hours of the session.
4. Client Collaboration:
We value client input and strive to accommodate specific requests related to editing styles, locations, or any other preferences. However, the final artistic and creative decisions remain at the discretion of Dapper Moments Photography to maintain the quality and consistency of our work.
5. Print and Album Quality:
For prints and albums provided by Dapper Moments Photography, we ensure high-quality products. However, slight variations in color or print quality may occur due to differences in screen calibration or printing processes. We aim to maintain the highest standards in all our offerings.
6. Usage Rights:
Dapper Moments Photography retains the copyright and usage rights to all images captured during the photography session, allowing us to use the images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
7. Agreement Acknowledgement:
